Paul and Peter disagreeing over circumcision was not a matter of "you're OK, I'm OK" but that Peter was demonstrably wrong and misleading believers. You see? One of them was right, one of them was wrong. Peter and Paul did not say, "well, let's just agree to disagree." Nothing that you stated here offers any Biblical support for divergent doctrines within the church. A cursory topical study on unity in the Scriptures demonstrates as much. The instances where Paul allows divergent practices are explicit, and few and far between.
